The break everything down into easy to understand categories, with suggested repairs, as well as safety concerns. To top it off, they posted photos to show what needs to be done and even highlight the problem areas. Communication is important when it comes to repairs. When they couldn't reach my cell phone (in an area without service), they contacted my wife to make sure we knew what was going on and waited for a response.
